Our Security Deposit is set to be the same as the Monthly Rent Amount. So if the Monthly Rent is $700 then the Security Deposit would also be $700.
Once your Application is Approved, the following must be completed before you will be allowed to Move-In:
- The Required Utilities must be in Your Name
- All Balances Due are to be Paid in Full
- Full Month's Rent
- Full Security Deposit
- Full Last Month’s Rent
- You must sign the lease
(Please note: If you move-in any day that is not the 1st a prorated amount will be due on the 1st of the your 2nd month).
Rent is always due on the 1st day of each month (rent payments are considered late as of the 2nd). There is no grace period, you can earn a discount for paying on or before the 1st.
For Move-In Monies (first month's rent, security deposit, and last month’s rent) cash or by Venmo or a completed electronic transfer of funds. For Monthly Rent we Accept Venmo, electronic transfer of funds, personal checks, cash or certified funds, we do not accept money orders.
